When I was a teenager, I felt lost inside. My parents were divorced. When I was with my dad he always brought me to church on Sundays. I didn’t understand what the pastor was saying. I went through the motions and was even baptized. After graduation, I was still lost, and I did not attend a church. When I was 28 I had my oldest daughter, and I felt the seed that I was planted finally sprout. Therefore, I was re-baptized and became an active member of a church. I was no longer feeling lost. I felt God working through me. After Alexis was born, I experienced extreme difficulties in life. During this time I truly began to experience Jesus’ love and trust in Jesus as my savior. I believe it is a true blessing to be a follower of Jesus.

With a new life, truly believing in Jesus, came a purpose for living and the assurance of heaven with I die. I thank and praise God for His grace which allowed a sinner like me to serve and have fellowship with Him!

My favorite verse is Romans 8:1. There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
